If we approve a job post so now that email becomes a approved poster. But
when he edits his post, it gets unapproved and requires approval again
which should not be the case.
Same happens when the user posts a second job. Couldn't find the root
problem how its occuring. Publish function in class.job.php seems normal.
Happening in the latest 1.9 dev.
