Dear alumni,
A friendly reminder about the event (see below). We are really interested in having the FLEX alumni with great English, very responsible and outgoing people as our notetakers. We have received great applications already but are still a few people short. So before opening this to other groups of people, I'd like to encourage you to apply :)
Regards,
Khrystyna
Dear alumni,
On October 28th three organizations are co-organizing a ‘design session’ on Russia: the The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS) - a small Dutch think tank, Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) - a large US public university, and KSE StratBase - a new center at the Kyiv School of Economics that intends to leverage data science to inform and improve foreign, security and defense. Around 50 participants will jointly identify, stress-test and prioritize strategic implications and promising actionable policy options for contending with various future scenarios for Russia in a format based on open space technology More information on the event can be found
here
The event will last from 1 pm to 6 pm and we are looking for 'note-takers' that can help us capture the ideas and discussions that will happen during the design session. We expect many high level guests so:
- if you are interested in the topic of the event,
- would like to get some professional experience and a letter for your future job
- like volunteer opportunities that are both exciting and paid :) The payment is 1000 UAH
- are interested in great opportunities, provided by HCSS, like paid virtual mid- and long-term research fellowship and would like to get to know us before applying for those positions.
To apply for this position, please fill out this form. We will be excepting applications until we find all the notetakers we need so we will be processing applications on a first come, first served basis. Please, note that all selected notetakers will be invited to participate in a mandatory training session on October 27th that will take place at 1 pm - 6 pm. We also expect them to be present at the session at least 45 minutes before the start.
Regards,
Khrystyna
