I'm a COO of Yoola, third largest YouTube MCN working with YouTube creators across the globe. We are looking for a Global Acquisitions Lead who will be driving our efforts in looking for and negotiating with new YouTube talent to join us.

What will you work on?

- Identifying new talent and talent with high potential

- Pitching and presenting the company's services in person, over the phone and video-conference

- Negotiating the terms of the agreement

We are looking for a self-starter with:

- Understanding of YouTube ecosystem and online video in general

- 1-2 years of work experience

- Sales/account management experience is a plus

- Strong communication skills

- General knowledge of MS Office or Google Spreadsheets/ Presentations/ Docs
