Position 1: Workday Integration Consultant
Requirements:
-70% Technical and 30% functional
-Person with 5+ years of strong technical
knowledge in Workday Integration tools
-Knowledge of configurations, doesn't need hands
on config experience
-Building interfaces for WorkDay and their other
systems
-Guide and tell them which WorkDay integration
technologies with EIB and Workday Studio (EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services,
XSLT, BIRT reporting)
-Workday Core HR modules; talent management,
performance management, and recruitment
-Ability to build complex integrations
-Prior experience moving from legacy system to a
Workday system
-At least 1 full life cycle implementation

-Developing technical specs for Dell employees
-Gathering and documenting client technical
specs
Position 2: Workday Integration Developer
100% Technical
-Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Workday Studio)
-3+ years of Workday Development experience
-Build technical specs, build the development
-Ability to build medium level complex
integrations
-Prior experience moving from a legacy system to
a Workday system
-At least 1 full life cycle implementation
