PURCHASE ENGINEER

 

Overview of role:- 

Carry out procurement transactions in an efficient and cost effective manner. Assist the Procurement manager in sourcing, procuring and expediting the receipt of materials. Support with the logistics, customs clearances and material transportation activities.

 

Qualifications:- 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in engineering discipline

·       Valid UAE driving license is desirable

 

Experience:- 

·      Ideally 3 to 4 years progressive experience in a similar role.

·      Experience in international sourcing is a must.

 

 

Specific Skills:- 

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent planning & organizing skills

·         Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

·         Highly numerate

·         Attention to detail

·         Proficient with MS Office and ERP system.
