Branch Managers:
· Graduates/ Post Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in Micro-Finance/ FMCG Industries. VRS or Retired Banking Professionals may also apply.
Job Role: To enhance the Branch Business through business development, smooth flow of transactions, Revenue generation, Operational efficiency, Customer Acquisition and Retention.
Customer Service Executives:
· Energetic and Passionate Graduates / Post Graduates with 0-1 year of experience, Fresh Graduates may also apply.
Job role: To handle customer’s queries and provide effective, timely and instant resolution
Customer Relation Officers:
· Recently retired Defence Service personnel below 50 years of age, with computer knowledge preferred.

Executive Gold Inspection: Any Graduate: Fresh Graduates/0-1 year of experience who are willing to travel extensively post completion of training.
Job role: To handle customer queries and provide effective, timely and instant resolution. To ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence. Facilitate smooth functioning of branches. Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers. Promotes the products and services, consistently Cross-sells and Up-sells products at every opportunity. Responsible to handle day-to-day transactions and valuables. Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions and branch operations. To report the important matters to the Management which needs immediate attention. Verification of gold packets with respect to actual weight, purity & quality. Detect spurious and low purity gold to mitigate the risk. Verification of customer profile on random basis.
Business Support Executives: Any Graduate B.Com, Commerce | M.Com, Commerce | ICWA, Commerce having minimum 2 Year(s) of experience in Micro-Finance/ FMCG Industries
Job role: To ensure Seamless branch business, customer service and operations, mitigate transactional and operational risk, conduct internal Audit in regular intervals. Ensuring quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence and facilitate smooth functioning of branches. Guide staffs of new branches on importance of following operational guidelines and to deliver excellent customer service. Accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, verifying deposit receipt and testimonials. Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers. Contribute to the fulfilment of branch business and operations, organization objectives and goals. Promotes the products and services; consistently cross-sells bank products at every opportunity. Physical Verification of day-to-day transactions and valuables. Verification of bank reconciliation, utilization of cheques and SDGL statement. Reporting to the Management, the anomalies and observations found during the period of audit. Verification of statutory registers and other records maintained by the branch. Verification of gold packets with weight, purity & quality. Detect spurious and low purity gold to restrict the loss to the company. Verification of customer profile on random basis to give appraisal training to the branch staff. Handling customers queries and providing effective & timely resolution, collecting and reconcile the payments. To work with the Sales and marketing teams to understand better customer needs in a more holistic business sense. To ensure timely completion & submission of reports. To coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branches. Reporting of important matters to the Management, which needs immediate attention.
