The client is looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in Genesys Contact Center platforms, specifically within member and provider support environments (commonly used in healthcare or insurance organizations). The person should be able to own and manage the product roadmap for Genesys-based contact center solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and operations, and ensure that contact center workflows (calls, routing, IVR, automation, etc.) meet business needs. They want someone who understands the latest Genesys capabilities, can translate business requirements into product features, manage priorities in Agile teams, and handle stakeholder communication and conflict resolution while improving customer/member service operations.

Job Details:
• Candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in Genesys in the member and provider contact center area.
• strong hands-on PO experience in member and provider contact center area.
• strong knowledge and work experience on the latest capabilities offered by Genesys.
• Experience of creating a product roadmap.
• Candidate should have stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Candidate should have strong experience of Genesys contact center workflows
