Job: IT - Technology Lead | Business Intelligence - Reporting | (Cognos)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware - Onsite

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Must Have Skills: Cognos, SQL

Detailed Job Description:

• Strong experience building reports using Cognos Analytics

• Production support experience

• Perform end-to-end report testing and support UAT efforts.

• Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x) Reporting.

• Expertise in IBM Cognos Framework Manager for building and maintaining metadata models.

• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

• Collaborate with business users to refine and document report requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear, testable technical specifications for Cognos development.

• Maintain detailed documentation on report logic and data sources.

• Quickly onboard to new projects and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with performance tuning of Cognos reports and queries.

• Knowledge/experience of Cognos row level security.
