Using own plugin variables/parameters

Hey all,
How am I able to get those parameters via groovy DSL Script from that "builder" plugin? Is there a possibility to call the name of the plugin like "wrappers", so dsl knows the variables to insert the needed parameters?
I thought I can grab them somehow with stringParam and booleanParam but it did not work, it fills out the usual parameters when calling "parameters" of course, but it's not using the builder plugin parameters.
I want to use the process job dsl plugin in our company and we have constructed a "builder" plugin for our devices. It uses xml properties to use parameters, imported from text files, now we want to use that with job dsl.

Has anyone experience or can tell me, how to implement my own plugin into Process Job DSL?
