Job Description:
- 10+years of Service Now experience
- CSA certification preferred
- Recent Service Now architecture and strategy experience
- At least 5 years as an architect
- Experience migrating applications to the ServiceNow Platform
- Proven track record assessing the current state, defining target state, creating roadmaps and establishing strategy for expanding service now adoption at a large enterprise
- Recent experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, Integration Hub and TPSM
- Expertise integrating SNOW with other internal processes, applications and systems
- Knowledge of chatbots, enterprise mobile apps and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfortable interacting with C-level leadership
