Job: IT Business Systems Analyst

Type: Contract

Location: Raleigh, NC

Hybrid On Site (2-3 Days on site)

Visa: USC or GC Only

Our Client is looking for IT Business Systems Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

Perform technical and analytical tasks in the maintenance and/or support of computer application software (programs) systems.
Serve as administrator to ensure efficient and effective operation of the system, for internal and external users and stakeholders.
Support staff to ensure data integrity is maintained throughout data transmission to state, local, and federal agencies.
This regularly requires working collaboratively with Vital Statistics to ensure the system generated reports and the data contained therein are routing to all the appropriate parties.
Fielding and resolving Microsoft Dynamics administrator helpdesk tickets
Maintaining Microsoft Access databases
Sending data to external registration partners, etc.
Monitoring data exchange contract deliverables.
Work closely with a core team of technologists whose roles collectively support the technological functions for Health Statistics.
Work with Vital Records subject-matter experts, Statistical Services staff, and the Systems Support staff.
Leverage creative and critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
