Consultant – 2 Positions
REMOTE / Work From Home (PST)
Long Term Contract C2C / W2
2 Positions – One specialized in Unstructured Data MIP/IRM, Email, MS Teams/SPO etc and the other would be more on CASB/DLP and Data Discovery.
Responsibilities
· Hands-on technical role in Data Protection Roadmap programs, working in Data Protection team
· Take part in planning & execution of program pilots, and enterprise deployment, along with members of core, extended teams, and user community,
· Contributes to development of Policies, and Standards, and Procedures as needed
· Has national and Global Data Privacy Regulations and Laws such as GDPR, CCPA
· Partakes in product demos coordination, product evaluations, in DP realm
· Raises issues, concerns in a timely way, Provides progress updates
· Participates in applicable working groups; Provides pilot support for pilot users
· Works closely with Client Services, Platform, DT teams, users with respect to Data Protection Roadmap pilot and enterprise deployment activities
· Contributes to Data Protection Change Management and Training initiatives
· Provides KT to applicable steady state support team after deployment/hypercare period
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience, Expertise and hands-on experience in Data Protection, Privacy, Information Security Concepts and industry solutions, some of which are data classification, data protection rules, MS MIP / IRM / Purview, Cloud Security, CASB, DLP, AWS Macie, secure application development
· Hands on Deployment experience in areas of Data Protection, Microsoft MIP/IRM, AWS Macie, CASB, Cloud DLP, Data Classifications
· Familiarity with current leading vendor solutions in Data Protection and Information Security domains
· Information security industry/solutions experience; Experience in Life Sciences IT is preferred
· Working knowledge of Agile, and Design-Thinking, User-centric Design; Good understanding of AWS Data Lakes, data warehouses, Macie usage
· Comprehensive understanding of PII, PHI, Sensitive Data concepts & related regulations/laws; Relevant Engineering/CS/IT or similar educational background
· Able to prioritize, manage and deliver work with minimum supervision; Clear, concise, and strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to convey, represent ideas in ways appropriate to the audience; Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; Able to multi-task
