Responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets and financial models used for budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Develop advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to automate account mapping and data processing.
• Implement VBA scripting to streamline repetitive tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and establish dynamic data connections.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all Excel-driven reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, integrate, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose Excel-based automation solutions to enhance productivity.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Excel best practices, automation techniques, and data management strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of VBA scripting and macro development to automate data processing and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to identify trends, interpret data, and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Background in finance, accounting, or business analytics with working knowledge of financial concepts.
