Job Title: Java Microservices Developer

Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 6 Months (08/01/2026 – 02/01/2027)

Work Mode: 100% Onsite from Day 1
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Role & Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Design and develop microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Review code and guide teams on performance optimization and application security.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Work closely with Business, Product, and Client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of application performance tuning and security best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
