This is HYBRID Role - 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote
Seeking talented individuals to help us revolutionize
the way Child Support manages workflows and delivers value.
The ideal candidate will work on our Document Generation project by developing and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform.
They will work closely with the software development
and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

Develop, test, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform
Collaborate with cross functional team members to design and develop new
solutions to meet business requirements
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and technical discussions, providing
accurate estimates, solution recommendations, and technical leadership
throughout the SDLC.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications
Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and code reviews
Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications
Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications
Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and standards
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in
Salesforce
Provide analytical support, including data extracts and loading, reports,
dashboards, and trend analysis.
Provide customized solutions through system triggers, workflow, formulas, and
automation.
Maintain and support custom objects, fields, and applications.
Create and execute queries and reports, maintain user roles, security, and
profiles.

Minimum Requirements:
Salesforce Custom Development: Apply Salesforce experience to create custom
Apex and Flow-based Salesforce solutions. Create and leverage external
interfaces such as MuleSoft and various AWS components.
JavaScript Development: Develop functionality for the ChAMP Project using an
in-depth understanding of JavaScript frameworks (especially LWC). Collaborate
closely with the development team to implement robust and efficient solutions.
Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and
RESTful service design patterns to integrate seamlessly with Salesforce and
external systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive unit test
cases to ensure adequate code coverage of the functionality, performance, &
system security. Collaborate with the testing team to identify & resolve
any issues or bugs timely .
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of the codebase,
system architecture, and development processes. Provide regular reports on the
progress, challenges, and outcomes of the development and testing activities.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration &
communication within the project team, including developers, testers, &
stakeholders. Actively participate in meetings, discussions, & code reviews
to ensure alignment & efficient workflow.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certification(s)
Experience with Conga Composer
Experience with the Texas Child Support system, programs, projects, and
methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a
related field.
