The client is looking for a Saviynt IAM Engineer with 6–8 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience and 2–3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Saviynt (EIC/IGA/Security Manager). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), Access Request Management (ARM), Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role Engineering (RBAC), and application onboarding using REST/JDBC/SCIM connectors. Strong experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, hybrid/cloud environments, developing Saviynt workflows and APIs, and providing production support, troubleshooting, and audit compliance is required. Candidates with experience in IAM migrations (e.g., SailPoint to Saviynt), strong communication skills, and the ability to work with global teams will be highly preferred.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IAM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate should have experience implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Saviynt solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while working closely with security, architecture, and business teams.

 

Must Have Skills

• 6–8 years of IAM / Identity Governance experience
• 2–3+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience (EIC / IGA / Security Manager)
• Strong expertise in:
• Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver - JML)
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• Access Certifications / Recertifications
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Role Engineering & RBAC
• Experience integrating IAM solutions in Hybrid & Cloud environments
• Strong understanding of IAM controls, audit, governance, and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Saviynt Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure Saviynt IGA modules.
• Configure workflows, approvals, rules, jobs, notifications, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors.

Identity Governance

• Implement:
• Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• Access Certifications
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Role Mining & Role Engineering

Integration & Development

• Integrate Saviynt with:
• Active Directory
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Develop and support Saviynt APIs and custom workflows.
• Work with:
• REST APIs
• JDBC
• SCIM Connectors

Support & Operations

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support audits by providing reports and access evidence.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and IAM migration projects (e.g., SailPoint → Saviynt).
• Maintain documentation and follow SDLC and change management processes.
