Job Summary
Client is looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, SAP IBP implementation, and SAP S/4HANA Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP IBP, implementing planning solutions, managing master data, ensuring data quality, and providing post-implementation support.

Roles & Responsibilities
SAP IBP Implementation
- Configure and customize SAP IBP to meet business requirements.
- Lead or support SAP IBP implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain planning models.
- Configure supply chain and demand planning processes.
Data Integration & Master Data
- Manage data integration between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee master data management activities.
- Ensure accurate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
Business Analysis
- Conduct gap analysis to identify business needs.
- Gather and document new business requirements.
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP IBP technical issues.
- Investigate and fix system defects.
- Ensure system stability and optimal performance.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP S/4HANA logistics teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout project delivery.
Required Experience
- Strong experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP IBP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning.
- Experience implementing SAP IBP in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, and master data management.
- Strong understanding of planning models and business processes.
- Experience performing gap analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong troubleshooting and post-production support experience.
