Job Title: Test Automation Engineer (with Python)

Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 6 Months (08/02/2026 – 02/02/2027)

Work Mode: 100% Onsite from Day 1
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Role & Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy following STLC standards.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance.
• Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing activities.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide teams on Functional, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Mentor QA Leads and Test Engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor testing teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
