Hallo, i have already created a task which copies the phones clipboard to the computer using Eventghost.
I would now like to make a task which directly opens  a URL which i am currently browsing on my Phone in my PC in Firefox.
I guess this should be possible with Autoshare but i cant get it done.
Could anyone help?

You can use the AutoRemote desktop app or EventGhost to receive the message and just make the url open in firefox with a command line.
On your phone just share with the AutoRemote Share URL feature.

Or do you not have AutoRemote at all?

i have done everything but my problem is that i dont know how to configure eventghost to open the received url.
What i would like is to have the computer recognise that the url sent with autoshare should be opened in firefox, because i have one other task in tasker that copies the clipboard content of the phone to the computers clipboard without opening this in firefox. Take a look at the snapshot.
Is there any filter i could add?
Thx in advance for your kind support

Use the Start Application action in EventGhost, choose the firefox executable and in the command line options field put your URL. :)
Or am I not seeing what's wrong here?

You can use a Python command with the following code:

eg.WinApi.Clipboard.SetClipboardText(eg.event.payload.arcomm)

then send a "copy=:=%CLIP" message from your device and it should work.

In an AutoShare profile setting you can add or delete commands. Go to any AutoShare profile setting to do that.
