Hi!

I've just bought AutoRemote, it has very nice features, thank you for this.
I'm trying to create a notification with JB "action buttons". The problem is that the status bar stays expanded after pressing those buttons. So if I send message to Tasker for phone call by pressing such button, it executes the phone in background, behind the expanded status bar.
How can I solve this? how can I make it collapsed after pressing an action button?
Thanks in advance.

Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.2.2 stock

Regards,
Sergey

Sorry, I mean AutoNotification, not AutoRemote

Hi!

You can just add the in-built Tasker action "Status Bar Collapsed" to the task that is reacting to the button. :)

Thank you for the reply. But I have this option unavailable on my device (probably there's some security reasons on new Androids, I don't know)...

So is there a way to implement such behavior in AutoNotification directly?

Other than the built-in Tasker one, I don't so, no.
You can collapse it automatically on notification touch if you so choose to, but I don't think it can be done automatically on the notification buttons.

Many people have suffered this issue with the "status bar colapse" not being available on their device. Pent (Tasker Dev) has acknowledged the issue. I expect there will be a fix in the next tasker update.
