As on Tasker help file: if you dont set anything, default android vibration pattern is used. Missing that option on AutoNotification :) Since AutoNotification says to use the same stuff as in tasker :)
Cheers!

It uses the same timing method. (0,1000,500,1000,etc...) not the same integration Joao just built it to match Taskers method. So the use default won't work you have to add your own. If left blank it reads as dont vibrate in autonotification.

Ok, so when you use vibration pattern in Tasker and don't put anything, it gives you an error and won't let you continue until something is there.  In Autonotification, if there is nothing there then it will simply not vibrate due to there being no command there that says 'vibrate'.

So im sort of confused as to what you are asking here?

When Joao said that their the same he meant its the same way of making a vibrate pattern in Autonotification as it is in Tasker.  Same method.  0,100,500,100 in Autonotification will also work in Tasker.

Thats all he meanyt by this

Ok within the autonotification plugin screen press vibration. Set it to "0,100,100,100" without quotes.

Make sure it saves and back out until you are on the task screen.

Press play. The notification should pop-up with 2 momentary vibrations. I just tried this and it works for me so it should be the same for you

Yes all 3 joao apps I run (autonotification, autoremote, autoshare) are all beta.

That's weird it's not working for you it works great for me.

Another option would be add a vibrate pattern after the autonotification task.
Or a temp fix until this issue gets fixed for good

Weird indeed. The autoremote notification works for example :/
