You need to do a UI Query and store the results. Then do another UI query and compare it to the earlier query and check if results are still the same.

So i have to store these results in a global variable?
How will ui query detect when the status changes? I want the result in real time not when I execute the task by my self.

You can store it in a local variable, doesn't have to be global. You need to do a loop that while whatsapp is opened it keeps checking the screen with UI Query

Is that a goto loop in a task. Cant autoinput ui event or state profile detect those changes?

Nope, sorry. You really need a UI Query action in a look in a task

UI Query will detect the element's value, but how to get it detect the changes?
