If you'd like to see more of that kind of hard-hitting political
satire then I shall be performing that plus some other new "political
material" at the Lush Life Satirical Cabaret on May 28 at the Coach &
Horses in Soho. I am also going to do my new "rap" about David Cameron
- I've called it Camerap. It will be sans ukulele and could be
Camercrap but hopefully not. There's a limited number of tickets -
it's quite an expensive night as it is £12 for the show plus £18 for a
two-course dinner. However, the food really is good. You can book
tickets on 020 7437 5920. There is a £2 booking fee for credit cards -
eek!

Alternatively, and apologies if I have already invited you, then it
would be brilliant if you could come and cheer me on at the Cheese 'n'
Crackers variety talent night that I am doing. It's on the Battersea
Barge on May 20. Tickets cost £7. www.batterseabarge.com There will be
several other acts but I know nothing about them or what the standard
will be like. I could be the worst but if people come and clap loudly
then I could still win. That's first past the post for you.

Very nice indeed. Lo-fi is the new Hi-fi.

I made a little video with Beth recently too, it's an ad for Doritos, as part of a competition. We got to the last fifteen, eventually finishing fourth and missing out on two hundred thousand pounds prize money. Unfortunately we had already spent most of that money in our heads before the cruel news was handed out like a sucker punch yesterday. So now there is sorrow.

Chin is up, but head is bowed. One day of distression should do the trick then we'll be all happy and bright and breezy tomorrow.

If you want a live action video ever, do give me a call. Don't worry about costs, we've got the kit and you don't have to spend the world to get something that looks great. Our budget amounted to the cost of fifty four sausages and some plastic bunting. 

If any of your friends need/want pictures taken, portraits painted etc (families, children, pets etc) please do let them know of my services. Also if you meet fellow musicians/artists who need likewise (including video), let them know of the guy that did yours...

I hope you're well anyway and look forward to catching up soon. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to your gigs but I'm sure you'll be brilliant.

Have just watched the video twice as I was fuming over some tedious domestic issue and it has cheered me beyond desription. You are BRILLIANT. Think you should send it to Gordon Brown to lift his spirits.
