Merry Christmas to you and yours. I hope your holidays are filled with love, fun and art!
We enjoyed our summer in New Mexico. My annual show was a success with sales and, even better, the time with friends and new acquaintances. We saw new parts of New Mexico and revisited places we enjoy. You can see photos on my Picassa web albums
and also see my paintings there.
I am at work on my entries for the Austin Pastel Society Annual Juried Members Exhibit. The deadline is January 10. My sketch project for the national Art House Sketchbook Program which you can read about on my blog.
I have been updating my website and working on improving my on-line presence. I am on Facebook, Twitter (you can follow me via links on my blog on the right hand column) and have a shop on my website through cafepress.com,
which is accessible through my website and blog as well.

I am so thankful for our service men and women and think of them especially at this time of year. That includes the military, police and firemen who watch out for us on a daily basis to keep our country safe and allow us our freedom.
My "monthly" newsletters are few and far between. I hope to do better in 2010. You loyal subscribers haven't given up and I appreciate your interest in my art and your support. I wish you well for the season and your New Year.
