Designation/ Role: Team Member (Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate.)
Qualification: MBA Freshers
Experience: 0 – 0.8 mth.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of Market Research and business sense to understand context of results
Experience / Knowledge of Statistical modelling / analysis Proficiency in Different Statistical Tools (Probability / Correlation / Regression)
Proficiency in Different Tests (Z test / F Test)
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
MS Excel Proficiency
Should be flexible working in shifts
Work Location: BARODA
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 15yrs of regular education.
• Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education or employment.
• Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.
• Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPO in the last 6 months will not be eligible.
