A discussion with Dr.Hegde

Geleyare,
few days before we (santosh, ashok, sundresh, balaji, krupakar and tintu) had an hour discussion with Dr.Hegde on following issues.
1. Annual programme plan for year 2013-14
2. Re-organizing the executive body
3. Trace out the old documents of the Sangha

the following were the resolutions:
1. Sir told that there is no need to have a so formal body when we are planning the activities within the campus. But to have a  better collaboration with external/outside bodies we need to have a executive body. so this discussion will be carried out on the coming fresher day-2013
2. 3rd October was a proposed date. so need to take the consent of all the members for this.
3. KANNADA PITHA at our university- it was informed that few year back authorities had met few political body and one of the eminent scholar (sorry forgot the name) met our Vice-chancellor and discussed the matter. VIce-chancellor had accepted for this and said to release the concerned finance from the state.. We can further take up this issue and meet the various political bodies to reach the aim.

there were other student beneficial matters were discussed like an opportunity for Kannada students participate in few research project and all.

Following this I had called Ms.Sahana to inquire about the old documents: they also do not know about the old documents and she had inquired with other senior but there was not clue of those. Hence we need to redo all the work once more.

Dear all, please conform ur opinion on the fresher day and time and various programme can be carried out.
