Dear M.Tech.(CNIS) students,
On your constant request I am again giving you a rough template for the second seminar on the M.Tech. Project Works which would take place on 12th August, 2011 from 10am onwards. The report should basically comprise of the development after your first seminar. A template of the second seminar report can be as follows:
* Title of the project
* Table of contents
* Brief introduction about the project
* System design (if not submitted last time)
* Implementation of the work
* Results
* Testing
* Future work to be carried out (If still left…)
* Conclusions
* References
* Appendices (any document relevant to your work)
The above mentioned sub-headings for your reference only, your project might include any other relevant material.
Hope you are in touch with your respective allotted internal guides. Based on the above template you should prepare two copies of the project work report duly signed by internal and external guides. (This document should clearly mention the work you have done till date and will certainly form a part of the final dissertation you will submit)
Submit the reports to the Project Review Committee/Course Coordinator strictly before two days before the Second Seminar presentation.
The presentation is to be made for atleast 15 mins. related to the project work using MS powerpoint/flash/etc.
The first and
second seminars are evaluated and marks
will be awarded. Hence, anyone of you have not presented the first seminar, respond to this mail and meet me!
Please follow the documentation guidelines which have been circulated earlier.
