Subject: Andheri Update:
After two months of insane pre-production in Mumbai
and 6 days of grueling shooting in Mumbai buses and on
the streets of the city, we're finally done with
production.

The footage is raw and realistic and I'm beside myself
with joy right now.  It is hard to describe what we
went through to get there: all the negotiations with
police, Mumbai transport, traffic police, street
vendors; all the dirty Bollywood types we had to fake
out; all the auto rides that nearly killed us.  I
can't wait to show you clips both from the movie and
from the making of video.

At the end of it all, we found ourselves an amazing
artistic and talented crew and some terrific actors
and we made a little movie.

Well, we shot it.  Now a lot more to do.  But I reckon
that sitting in a cool LA apartment editing while
sipping my latte is going to be a bit easier.

I look forward to seeing all of you again soon.  Back
in the States on May 15.
