How to build this solution on Windows

Hi,

I was following the steps from the git repository to build the solution on Windows as no new version for jni4net was released. Is it up to date? As I encounter an issue with one of the plugins: maven-dotnet-compiler-plugin. From my investigations, the plugin can not be found anymore anywhere on the internet. Is there another plugin I can use?

Is there a plan in the future to release a new version?
