JNI4NET with linux... its possible?

Hello guys, I created a solution in java using the jni4net tool, it's working 100% fine! But when I went to do the deploy on linux gave an error, searching on the internet I saw that jni4net does not work with linux, but it was a response 7 years ago, currently it is possible to use the tool with linux?
