building npruntime with VS and pwlib

Hi All,

First of all, kudos to the Amnon and the team for the impressive work
so far on jNext. I think jNext is a very interesting addition to the
browser extension frameworks like Google Gears and the various native
browser frameworks and I'm looking forward to the next release and the
migration to Google code.

In building the 1.07 release, I ran across one build issue which is
still present in the source at:
http://code.google.com/p/jnext/source/browse/trunk/src/framework-npruntime/nprn.vcproj.
The build refers to pwlib and this causes a link failure. After
removing the references to pwlib, everything seems fine so I assume
this is a cleanup issue.

If you like to follow the current source, you should get the source
from this temporary location:

http://nirs.freeshell.org/code/jnext-dev

If you like to contribute to the project, you should install bazaar
<http://bazaar-vcs.org/> and get the source using:

bzr get http://nirs.freeshell.org/code/jnext-dev
