How to detect when Windows is shutting down?

Hi all,
is there a way to detect if windows is shutting down in order to close
my app before windows turn off the PC?

Probably a lame question, but I try :)

There a full sample using JNI, that should be adaptable to JNA.

This can, I think, be done with JNA.

JNA has a way to implement Windows message loops. You could handle
WM_QUERYENDSESSION and/or WM_ENDSESSION.
