End of year release?

Hi all,

as releases of JNA tend to happen when people ask, we are now at this
point:

https://github.com/java-native-access/jna/issues/1452#issuecomment-1346917905

Indeed we have enough reasons to release. These are the things I'd like
to get in before:

https://github.com/java-native-access/jna/issues/1487 (PR pending)
https://github.com/java-native-access/jna/pull/1490 (needs review)
https://github.com/java-native-access/jna/issues/1488 (I have to see
whether I'll find time to build)

Now would be a good time to bring up additional points.
