Hi,

I'm trying and failing to get jmxtrans to expire old log files. I've got jmxtrans-260-1.noarch installed on CentOS7.

The logfile section of the config looks like this:
/etc/jmxtrans/wrapper.conf
wrapper.logfile.format=LPTM
wrapper.logfile.loglevel=INFO
wrapper.logfile.maxfiles=30
wrapper.logfile.maxsize=0
wrapper.logfile=/var/log/jmxtrans/jmxtrans.log

This creates a "jmxtrans.log" file and rotates and compresses by date to produce archives with format "jmxtrans-20200909.log.gz" archives, but these do not expire.

I've been looking here (https://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/properties.html) and trying various options without success. Am I looking in the right place? And if I am, how do I find out which wrapper version I've got with my jmxtrans? The docs include a lot of config options that are only relevant on certain versions.

Thanks
Guy
