Status of jmxtrans project and PR accepting procedure on github

Hi,

  I created multiple PR on github. It improves Zabbix connector and configuration options. But later I found that there are many PR for quite long time with no activity. And I checked this list and it looks same way.

  What is status of jmxtrans project? Is it alive?

  Who is allowed to accept PRs in github? Is there any special procedure PR must pass before it is accepted?
