How simple add a Previous and Next buttons

i wanna know how i can simply added a Next and Previous button on this example

i try figure out since several day how to make a simple buttons for Next and Previous in this example

i have a clue but i miss htlm part and js...and probably .css too

just call $("#jmpress").jmpress("next") or $("#jmpress").jmpress("prev")...
