Use presentation mode

I can't find a real example explaining how to setup the presentation mode

where should i put this?:

presentationMode: {
  url: "path/to/presentation-screen.html", 
  // you can use "http://shama.github.com/jmpress.js/presentation-screen.html"
  // but better is a own hosted version of this file
  // the github hosted version also causes cross-side-scripting problems, 
  //   with a presentation on your filesystem

  notesUrl: "path/to/your/notes.html"
}
