Hi,

Am looking at ways to detect anomalies in my time series. Was glad to look at motif....

However the dependencies seems to be a bit unfriendly...

I included weka version 3.7.2 and I see that it requires some version of HaystatLogger. This is the error I get when I run it with the latest version (hackystat-utilities-8.0.1002.zip) of HaystatLogger.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.hackystat.utilities.logger.HackystatLogger.getLogger(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/util/logging/Logger;
    at edu.hawaii.jmotif.sax.SAXFactory.<clinit>(SAXFactory.java:51)

Do I have to download a different haystat jar from a different place?

Sriram.

Hi there:

Thank you for stopping by and I am really sorry that things do not
work. I will fix this particular issue a bit later, once will get to a
workstation. Meanwhile, these dependencies, I believe, in the trunk
folder "lib". You could get them from there through the project google
page.

There is also mavenized branch in SVN - we got that thing recently. So
you can probably build your own jar.

I'll update as soon as will figure things out.

Thank you!

Thanks for the quick response.
I downloaded the dependent jars from the lib folder. Will proceed to test things with my data... :)
Thanks again for the quick response.
Sriram.

Dear Sriram,

Including <jmotif-dir>/lib/*.jar and  <jmotif-dir>/lib/*/*.jar ( from the svn checkout) in my classpath worked perfectly for me.

HTH,

Eraldo
