weka version to run jmotif

Which version of Weka does one need to run jmotif? Does anyone have a
link to where this version may be downloaded?

hmm... that's interesting. I downloaded the latest version (WEKA 3.6.3
- 30 July 2010) and I get compile errors in SAXFactory.java

For example:
line 349 - SAXTrie data = new SAXTrie(tsData.size() - windowSize,
alphabetSize);
error - The method size() is undefined for the type Instances

right, it was working in 3-6-2 though.

I've just downloaded 3-6-3 from their release page

it brakes at the same line. looks like they screwed their API and not implementing AbstractList methods anymore :(. I'll take a look.

It compiles with 3-7-2 too. please use the weka version which is compatible.
