[Announce] JMiniX 0.9 released

This new release of JMiniX is mostly the result of the Hackergarten
session at Jazoon (http://hackergarten.net/).

Thanks to Hamlet D'Arcy for the Hackergarten organisation and Philipp
for the improvements towards easy integration with Spring and EL4J.
