The Twins beat the Dodgers yesterday by a score of 1 to 0 at Target Field in Minneapolis.
For Minnesota: 1 run, 6 hits, 0 errors.
For Los Angeles: 0 runs, 7 hits, 0 errors.
The winning pitcher was Scott Baker who is 6 and 5.
The losing pitcher was Rubby De La Rosa who is 3 and 3.
Matt Capps picked up his 13th save.
The game was played in 2 hours and 49 minutes in front of a crowd of 39,655.
The Twins got on the board in the first inning and Scott Baker took it from there, hanging zeroes over 7 1/3 frames while fanning nine as Minnesota prevailed in its Interleague series with the Dodgers and won for the 17th time in the last 25 games.
The Twins are off today.
