Hi Matheen,

1. Develop your plugin
2. Package it as a .jar file
3. Drop it to "lib/ext" folder of your JMeter installation
4. Restart JMeter
5. Enjoy

If you want to distribute your plugin via JMeter Plugins Manager you need to make a PR like this to the JMeter Plugins repo.
