V8.0 Plugin "vdn@github - har-convertor-jmeter-tool" with remove_headers

New version  v8.0 for the plugin "har-convertor-jmeter-tool" 

Convert a HAR file to a JMeter Script and a Record XML file.

Add new parameter 'remove_headers' remove a list of http headers (comma separator, case insensitive), e.g:'User-Agent,Pragma'
