Jmeter 5.4.3 Plugins manager not showing up

HI Team

I added the Plugin manager in the lib and restarted jmeter but it still does not show up. Can someone help??

You need to add the plugins manager jar to lib/ext, this is the proper place for JMeter Plugins and components
