How can i use Jmeter UDP Sampler ？

I hope to use UDP protocol with Jmeter, but Jmeter do not have this funtion itself,

so I download the UDPRequestExample.jmx from this website（ https://code.google.com/p/jmeter-plugins/wiki/UDPRequest?utm_source=jmete%20r&utm_medium=helplink&utm_campaign=UDPRequest）

Then I set up this Test Plan, but failed. The Log :

I have no idea if i need to download and install the "Jmeter Plugin" file first ?

yes, i should download "Jmeter Plugin" file first,

then unzip this file, and move them to \jakarta-jmeter-2.4\lib\ext.

After this, reset Jmeter.
