Question: Graphs Generator Listener

Greetings

I am new to using the generator, but keep on getting the following error in the log file:
WARN o.a.j.r.ResultCollector: ------/JMeter/results/View_Results.csv is empty

But I can see that there is data in the file.

The tree listener save to the file and it is before the generator.

Where else can I look for the cause of the error.

Using latest JMeter and all plugins updated
