In Merge options I want the exact uses of the  Prefix Label, Offset start(sec),Offset end(sec),Include Label, RegexExpInc, Exclude Label, Regex Exp.

  • Prefix Label: allows you to add a prefix to Sample Results so you could distinguish Samplers coming from different .jtl results files
  • Offset start: allows you to set start time for the file, i.e. if you're not interested in first X seconds of the test for the given .jtl results file
  • Offset end: the same but for the test end, allows you to specify how many seconds you want to "skip" from the test end
  • Include Label: allows you to set which Sampler labels you want to keep, for example if you put foo there it will take only sample results which are named foo
  • RegExpInc: tells JMeter to treat "Include Label" input as a regular expression
  • For "Exclude" the explanations are the same
An easier way of comparing multiple test executions would be using Taurus tool which has Existing Results Loader module. You can upload your .jtl results files to BlazeMeter reporting service which provides possibility to compare different test runs
