Hi! I downloaded the .jar file for the JMeter Plugins manager despite jmeter-plugins-manager-0.13 being installed in the following directory:
/home/username/Downloads/apache-jmeter-3.2/lib/ext

I already put the file inside of the file ext, so why can I not use it? The manager isn't showing up in options even after I rebooted by Linux OS.

Hi,

Are there any error messages in your jmeter.log?

Can you try one more time,
Its seem to be be working for me,

moreover
Make sure you don't have repeated Jar files [of different version] inside your lib folder

How do you run jmeter? I had the same issue when I run it as 'jmeter' from bin dir. Then I run it as 'sh jmeter' and I started to see Plugin manager in Options

Try to start Jmeter from bin directory from start. It wasn't showing for me but now it is coming.
