I have Jmeter - 5.6.2 and added XMPP protocol support from here smack-tcp-4.0.7 jbosh-0.8.0 jmeter-plugins-cmn-jmeter-0.4 smack-bosh-4.0.7 smack-extensions-4.0.7 smack-core-4.0.7 jmeter-plugins-xmpp-1.4.0 jmeter-plugins-manager-0.20
When I try connect to , I'm getting below SmackException. Any pointers on how to resolve this?

XMPP and WebSockets are absolutely different beasts, you cannot use XMPP Sampler for testing WebSockets as it uses completely different protocol under the hood.
