Actually i have to generate a guid and convert in into a hex value
then pass it in a sampler. Jmeter has the capability to read
javascript and few other languages. so i am keen to know if i have
javascript code which creates a GUID and converts it into a Hex value,
Then how can i use it from jmeter. If i am rite BSF preprocessor or
post procession or Beanshell can be used.. but i dont know how??????

Somebody please guide me.???

I suggest you asking the same at JMeter support mailing list.

You can use any pure java GUID generator API and call it in BeanShell
PreProcessor to generate value you are interested in . Assign
generated value to JMeter variable. And finally in sampler use that
variable.
